It seems a lot of people suffer day to day with self doubt, depression, anger, fear (or experience intense stages of this). Like most I have had some rocky roads myself and I am glad to say those days are behind me, but I'm still aware of these times and believe we are the ones who can take control of the situation and do something about it.
Life is for living after all and before we know it time will have run out (rather dreary subject death, but sometimes it's the only way to get through to people). Wake up and realise, this really doesn't last forever and the only person who is genuinely going to make you feel better about you is YOU!
Others can give you a nudge in the right direction but ultimately you are the one who is in control of your life.
You can intend to do everything possible to feel good and ready to have a good day, which is super important when it comes to living a happy, positive and successful life. Those people who wake up feeling low are going to continue feeling low until they recognise it and decide for themselves that they are going to do something about it. It's starts with intention, are you going to continue feeling down or are you going to put on a piece of music you enjoy, or look at something that makes you smile, because that's all it takes really. You decide your going to be happy and make every effort to do that, small steps turn in to great big leaps and before you know it your running to happier times. Firstly you need to intend you are going to start making the most of your life and then you have to do everything you can to make sure you FEEL better about doing it. Make sure every step of the way you recognise how great you're doing, as negative thoughts emerge tell them plain and simple to do one ( in not so many words). And most importantly don't let those thoughts win, intentionally focus your attention on something that makes you feel better. Intend to have a good life and somehow you will start to make way for things you really want, a great thing to do when you have 5 minutes, is take time to think about what you want in life, visualise it and enjoy knowing that it is coming your way. Then try to do something everyday to move closer to that dream. I hope I have given you something to ponder and have connected with you on something. Peace and love to you and yours.
