Dark times, dark moments, dark thinking and emotions etc can come, BUT always know they WILL go. My life’s not perfect but to someone on the outside looking in it is, we all have our demons, we all have room to improve in ourselves. I notice my most difficult times come when I have ‘a way I think life should be or how I want it to be’ and when it doesn’t look like this it’s frustrating or can lead to a negative place for me, like it does for most people.

So what is a Mantra? A daily mantra is a motivating chant that you can say internally to yourself to help you get through difficult times, to motivate you, to improve your daily life and your thinking, amongst other things. For me this has been a great tool to use for my negative internal voice, sometimes I refer to the voice as the 'Ego', most people suffer with the internal negative and I have found using a Mantra has been a great way to stop the incessant negative internal banter.
