Sometimes in life we find things difficult, whatever the emotional response is, just make sure you take time out to think about it. It's important that you calm yourself, be still, make time to mediate or do some exercise (running, walking is great). You must change your intention to the best, go to a place of love and surrender to the situation. What I mean by that is 'let it be' then think about the why? Why did that experience happen? Why did I respond like that? What did it change in you, did it make you want to change things? If the answer is yes then do it, remember that the world is good and that you should go about doing good until there's too much good in the world. Pick yourself up and fight for what you believe in, life is about being happy and enjoying the experience, it's important that you do that for yourself. Peace and love to you and yours.

Seen this floating around social media and loved his inspiring words, the post said Keanu posted the picture with the following statement (I can't be sure if the post was really posted by him, but the sentiment is beautiful who ever created it):
Keanu Reeves:
Peace and love to you and yours.
It's very easy to stay "in the mind", plodding along day to day constantly thinking thoughts of days gone by and planning what's going to happen next. We often forget that life is happening right now before our very eyes and continue on in a trance like state, trapped in our thoughts instead of really opening our eyes to see the beauty life has on offer.
As Eckhart Tolle mentions in the book the "Power of Now" there's a time for planning but life is Now. I have a lovely little heart sign that's says: "The happiest moment of the happiest life is now"
I have it on the kitchen side at home, every time I see it, it grounds me to the moment and reminds me to live in the now. I love it! Being a busy mum and business woman I'm constantly planning, but I've found that giving my mind a chance to rest in this way has enabled me to think more clearly when it comes to organising and planning.
Peace and love to you and yours.
It seems a lot of people suffer day to day with self doubt, depression, anger, fear (or experience intense stages of this). Like most I have had some rocky roads myself and I am glad to say those days are behind me, but I'm still aware of these times and believe we are the ones who can take control of the situation and do something about it.
Life is for living after all and before we know it time will have run out (rather dreary subject death, but sometimes it's the only way to get through to people). Wake up and realise, this really doesn't last forever and the only person who is genuinely going to make you feel better about you is YOU! |
